EVALUATION OF TECHNICAL COLLEGES TEACHERS’ MANAGEMENT CULTURE
The problem of skilled personnel training optimization in the system of technical education is associated with the increase in the level of management culture of technical colleges teachers as an important characteristics of their professionalism and skills. In the article the individual typological features of management culture of teachers of technical colleges have been researched, differences have been revealed and types of teachers in the degree of management culture development have been determined. The results of pedagogical experiment have been shown and reasons for insufficient rates of formation of structural components of technical colleges teachers’ management culture have been defined.
